PARTNER WORKOUT!!
"PUSH AND PULL"
Working with a partner, alternate between the 4 couplets:
Dumbbell Thruster/ Renegade Rows
KB Swings / KB Sumo DL High Pull
Sit Ups / Body Blasters
Burpees / Pullups
In each station you will perform max reps for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. Each couplet will be performed twice before moving on to the next station. Score is kept by the total number of reps performed by both partners.
Total workout time is 16 minutes.
