Wall-ball (10 ft target)
Sumo deadlift high-pull
Box Jump
Push-press
Row (Calories)
60 second rest between exercises.
Each exercise is scored by the lowest number of reps/calories in each of the eight intervals. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.
