REST DAY (Closed)
Great workouts the last two days. Three more days of training this week, including the "total" on Saturday. Enjoy the rest day today and I'll see you strong and rested on Thursday!!

ReplyDeleteSo I watched "The Biggest Loser" last night (I am secretly addicted, except all the crying grates on my nerves). And this one girl was trying to get over her fear of doing a box jump on the lowest box. I TOTALLY felt her pain, and just wanted to tell her to let go of her fear and she could do it! Just wanted to say thanks Emily for always motivating. Eva
