21 DAY NO SUGAR CHALLENGE

December 1st-21st

With the New Year just around the corner and the holidays among us, it's that time again! To help commit to your fitness-related goals and stay on track this challenge was created to promote mindful eating. Sugar comes in many forms and none will be allowed. Here are some names by which the S-word goes by:

  • sugar (cane, brown, granulated, powdered, etc)
  • high fructose corn syrup
  • crystalline fructose
  • honey
  • maple syrup
  • molasses
  • rice syrup
  • agave nectar
  • maltodextrin
  • sucrose
  • glucose
  • artificial sugars (aspartame, saccharin, sucrolose, Splenda, etc.)
  • stevia
  • sugar alcohols (maltitol, xylitol, and sorbitol)
  • alcohol (beer, wine, liquor)
