(Dumbbell Thrusters) Wall-ball (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps)
Box jump (Reps)
Push-press (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

THANKSGIVING DAY 10K TURKEY TROT FUN RUN/SKATE/BIKE
Thursday 10/26, 830 am. The race is 5.5 miles starting at 56th st and Indian School Rd, just north of the canal and ends at 20th St and Maryland. *Please have someone able to pick you up at the finish or prepare to turn around halfway. Food and drinks will be available at the end of the race. Casey will be there and has done this in the past and recommends it highly.
