PREP DAY

Sounds like everyone had a great holiday and is ready to get back into the swing of things. Your homework is a journal either (mental or physical) your nutrition, water intake and hours of sleep.

Optional at home workout:
Burpee breathing ladder,
one burpee take one breath,
two burpees-two breaths
continue until you have to break a set or breathing becomes out of control

  2. I didn't do burpees - but I hiked Squaw Peak instead - does that count? I promise I was breathing and it felt like a ladder. =)
