8- 20:10 Pull-ups,
8- 20:10 Push-ups,
8- 20:10 Sit-ups,
8- 20:10 Squats.
All eight intervals of each exercise are completed before moving to the next. There is no rest between exercises. Total time 16 min for total reps completed.
FACT: Tug of war was an Olympic event between 1900 and 1920.
